Excess Data Storage Fees

GoProExpress will have limitations as to the maximum disk storage, communication and memory used for each user and for each customer account.  GoPro will change such limitations from time to time as well as prices for the increase of such limitation(s). If the amount of disk storage required exceeds these limits, You will be charged the then-current storage fees. GoPro will use reasonable efforts to notify You when the average storage used per subscription reaches approximately 90% of the maximum; however, any failure by GoPro to so notify You shall not affect your responsibility for such additional storage charges. GoPro reserves the right to establish or modify its general practices and limits relating to storage of Customer Data.

  • 600MB of storage/user.

Access to system.

GoPro shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the GoProExpress available during its business hours from 8-18 GMT on business days.  However, access will be open to the GoProExpress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime (of which GoPro shall give at least 8 hours notice), any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond GoPro reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems (other than those involving GoPro employees), or Internet service provider failures or delays.
