Enhancements to User Interface

Connection Solutions

Co-editing documents in OneDrive
- All documents are supported to open directly in OneDrive for co-editing
- Documents are permanently saved as part of cases
- Integration suitable for those who have OneDrive and have the need co-edit in GoPro Foris
Integration with Teams
- Integration with Teams offers to connect a channel in Teams to a case in GoPro Foris
- User has the option to save data, both documents and chats, from a Teams channel under a case
- The solution is added to the Teams channel and provides an overview of data that has been saved from Teams to the case
Secure data sharing
- Interface and functions for secure sharing of data in external portals have been updated

Case and Document System
- New notification system where all notifications are displayed in the right menu. You can send notifications to users or groups with a simple action. The administrator can also send a notification to all users
- The “confidential” tag changes access to cases, folders, and documents, so that data is more restricted when the tag is added. The marking and access are inherited on sub-documents
- Improved advanced search with increased capabilities, including period search, search behavior and the search interface has been improved
- Zipped and Sent – You can now select multiple documents at once and zip them into a single file, to send by email with a single action
