Thank You for a Great Conference and Valuable Conversations

It was a pleasure to welcome so many customers and partners to our recent GoPro conference. The day was filled with strong attendance, insightful presentations, and constructive discussions about the future of GoPro solutions.

We presented highlights from GoPro Release 22, including upcoming improvements such as enhanced search functionality, a new Outlook add-in, and other updates designed to simplify daily workflows. We also introduced updates to the Service Desk, a refreshed service and meeting portal, and showcased new solutions tailored for municipalities — including welfare and building authority solutions.

Innovation and Collaboration

The conference provided an opportunity to share insights into some of Hugvit’s key development initiatives and to discuss innovation in close collaboration with both customers and partners. The engagement and dialogue throughout the day clearly demonstrated the strong interest in continued development of the GoPro platform.

How This Works Technically

We use standardized GoPro APIs that allow systems to communicate securely.

GoPro web services support:

  • Creating cases and storing documents directly in GoPro
  • Creating parties and registering metadata from applications
  • Sending and receiving data to and from other systems
  • Integrating GoPro with your website, internal systems, or external portals

Practical Examples

  • Application submitted via website → case and party are created in GoPro and the application is registered
  • Document in GoPro → sent directly to the Ísland.is digital mailbox or the Signet Transfer portal
  • Data from an external system → flows directly into the relevant case process
