It was a pleasure to welcome so many customers and partners to our recent GoPro conference. The day was filled with strong attendance, insightful presentations, and constructive discussions about the future of GoPro solutions.
We presented highlights from GoPro Release 22, including upcoming improvements such as enhanced search functionality, a new Outlook add-in, and other updates designed to simplify daily workflows. We also introduced updates to the Service Desk, a refreshed service and meeting portal, and showcased new solutions tailored for municipalities — including welfare and building authority solutions.
Innovation and Collaboration
The conference provided an opportunity to share insights into some of Hugvit’s key development initiatives and to discuss innovation in close collaboration with both customers and partners. The engagement and dialogue throughout the day clearly demonstrated the strong interest in continued development of the GoPro platform.
AI and the Future of GoPro
We also touched on ongoing and upcoming initiatives related to artificial intelligence and automation, focusing on how these technologies can support better analysis, improved data handling, and more efficient case processing. Legal considerations around the use and implementation of AI were also discussed to ensure responsible and compliant adoption.
Improved Service and Support
A preview of the new Service Desk showed how communication, transparency, and service quality will continue to improve through clearer overviews and more efficient handling of requests.
Real-World Experiences
Several partners shared how GoPro is used in practice. These examples demonstrated tangible benefits such as shorter case processing times, improved workflows, and better visibility through integrations with analytics and digital service platforms. The strong connection between GoPro and national digital services was a recurring theme.
Looking Back – and Ahead
The energy and engagement during the conference confirmed how central GoPro is to a wide range of operations across organizations. We would like to sincerely thank everyone who joined us and contributed to the discussions, insights, and overall success of the day.
We look forward to continuing our collaboration and developing GoPro further — together.
